Synopsis
An unscrupulous South American government succeeded by sending its spies to obtain the plans for Positronic technology. It is a large-scale photonic cannon whose power exceeds anything known. The Positronic represents a danger to peace, it must be destroyed by all means: to do this, we called on a Vietnam veteran, Charlie Montinni, an arms expert. His friends Humphrey Stallone and Billy von Pettet will help him in this risky mission.
