Synopsis

Based on the popular 1967 television show, Ultraman directly follows the story of its source material. As Ultraman, the player must defeat many of the same monsters that appeared in the original series. Taking on the appearance of a 1-on-1 fighting game, Ultraman can kick, punch, and grapple his opponents, as well as use various special moves that require a charge time. However, to defeat his opponents, Ultraman must deplete his constantly recharging life bar, and that is when he launches his most powerful special attack: the Specium Ray. As the game progresses, different enemies may even find ways to avoid this fearsome attack, and Ultraman must adapt to each enemy's fighting style... Each level has a time limit of just three minutes, and there are three lives with no chance to save the game.
