Synopsis

The Ushiromiya clan chief is dying, and he is bequeathing his gold to his child or grandchild who seems most worthy. When he gathers his family to their private island, that's when the murder starts. Each kill becomes more gruesome than the last and each person has reasons to want all the others dead. The most suspicious person of them all, however, is Beatrice, the golden witch who seems enmeshed with the family since their grandfather's youth. Who killed the whole clan on that fateful trip? Was it one of the successors, or the mysterious Beatrice? Battler, one of the victims, is going to find out before he dies.
