Synopsis

Under Fire is a tactical simulation of the ground combat of World War II. It features American, German and Russian soldiers and weapons. The game features nine scenarios ranging from open-field combat to house-to-house conflicts. Victory is subjective in Under Fire, as there is no declaration of victory. The victory screen mainly counts losses and objectives achieved, the rest being left to the discretion of the players. Under Fire can be played by one or two players. Playtime can vary from 10 minutes for a two-squad battle to five hours for a 32-squad fight.
