Synopsis
Utopia is a strategy / management / wargame "transition" game between turn-based software like Civilization and those taking place in real time like Dune 2 or Warcraft.
Utopia is first of all an isometric 3D Sim City which takes place in space. The player, by pointing a pointer and clicking on icons, must construct buildings and place them on the surface of a planet in order to develop a colony and make the colonists living there happy. It will thus be necessary to provide its community with energy plants, factories to produce oxygen, hospitals, police stations, homes and even something to entertain the settlers.
