Synopsis

Utopia takes the gameplay concept of Sim City and adds a military dimension. The game takes place in the distant future, where you play the role of administrator of a new colony on a distant planet. Your goal is to provide the best possible quality of life for the settlers.

To do this, you must ensure that there are enough livelihoods, energy, housing, jobs, police forces, and entertainment to keep the citizens of your colony happy. Random events such as solar eclipses (which can render your solar panels inactive) and a hostile alien race that inhabits the planets in the many scenarios offered prevent you from achieving your goal.
