In the early 1950s, a game called Violence Fight was very popular among American criminal circles. Fighters from all over the United States competed to win the title of champion of the year. The winner pocketed a considerable sum.
In the heart of Los Angeles, a manager named Blinks trains a new fighter named Bad Blue. The latter, a serious contender for the title, desperately needs the reward.
