Synopsis

The story of Voltage Fighter: Gowcaizer takes place in the future. Japan was ravaged and the government was established on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay. A central computer manages everything: security, cleaning, traffic, etc. In the middle of the island is the National Bernard Institute, where there are several thousand students. Since a new director was appointed there, acts of violence have increased significantly, as if he were the cause. A student, Isato Kaiza, found a way to draw power from the Kaizer Stone. He thus becomes Gowcaizer, the Burning Hero.
