Way Out
Synopsis
Wayout is one of the first games to use 3D first-person perspective. Its interface is reduced, but 360 degree movements are fluid. You are trapped in one of 26 mazes (made up of 90 degree turns) and must find the exit. The game records your moves and saves your best scores. Up to nine current games can be saved. You have a compass and a mapping kit, allowing the game to automatically map explored areas. These tools can be stolen by the Cleptangle creature, but you can chase it to get them back. It is impossible to fight against the wind without finding a particular technique. Fireflies automatically move with the wind and can tell you its direction.
