Synopsis

Inspired by the arcade hit Altered Beast, and as its name suggests, you play as a werewolf with all claws out in search of justice, who sets out to save a world prey to the megalomania of a mad scientist, using his many minions to spread desolation. You will go through eleven levels, some of which will offer you some branches. The hero will be able to transform, with the help of bonuses, into a ferocious beast, which will have the effect of increasing his faculties, his life and his strength tenfold. So, in this form, you can cling to walls, crawl through narrow passages, hang from the ceiling, etc. The human form, less powerful, will still allow you to use a special shot to compensate. Although it is not without its flaws, the gameplay of this game nevertheless remains interesting and the aesthetics are quite successful for the NES.
