Synopsis
Carmen Sandiego and her gang are on the loose again, and it's up to players to capture her! This time, the player must not only find where it is, but also when. Traveling to various locations, he must gather clues by interviewing witnesses and searching locations in order to get closer to Carmen Sandiego and capture her. The game includes The New America Desk Encyclopedia, which helps make clues make more sense (and also serves as copy protection!).
