Synopsis

Win the heart of your dream girl in the short remainder of your life. Tsukasa has miraculously recovered from a fatal illness when he was a child. He grew up into a healthy teenager and even became a soccer star with lots of friends, however, the miracle didn't last. At 17, he relapses, and the doctors tell him that he might not last past his graduation day.

As he faces his illness, he notices the problems that his friends are facing. All of the girls are suffering through different circumstances, and with his limited time, he could only help one. Choose the one dearest to him and learn from his story.
