Synopsis

Wings of Fury is an action game where you pilot an American F6F Hellcat in World War II in the Pacific.
You choose your mission then you choose the type of weapon that you will transport according to your objective: a torpedo to sink a Japanese boat, bombs to destroy a Japanese base, etc...
Your playing field is a large screen where you can fly low and use your machine gun or fly higher to avoid enemy DCA to dive towards your objective. If you need to reload your ammo or repair your plane, you can land on the starting aircraft carrier.
Wings of Fury offers quite a few different missions with a well-balanced difficulty and allows you to offer a dose of simulation despite a very arcade-oriented game.
