Synopsis

Wipeout 2 is a game based on the "game show" of the same name broadcast on the major television network ABC in the United States. In it, the game is organized as if players are participating in numerous events during an "episode", as if it were part of a television episode. Each event is preceded by a presentation by the game's characters from the show's hosts, and just before starting the event, a fictional interview with host Jill Wagner.

The events are organized into four rounds as follows: A qualifying round, an elimination round, a Final Four round, and the final Wipeout zone. Some rounds are played in turns, others are played simultaneously.

Players will have to dodge giant hammers, bounce on the iconic giant balls, avoid swinging or rotating beams, perform balancing acts, etc.
