Synopsis

After the Orb of L'Kbreth was used to bring peace to the land of Llylgamyn, a new threat emerges in the region. Strange malevolent energies have been spotted beneath the Temple of the Sages. These energies - called the "Maelstrom" by the locals - can be sealed away by a person known as the Gatekeeper. Unfortunately, the latter was imprisoned by a mysterious power or person called SORN. A group of brave adventurers seek out the high priest G'bli Gedook, the guardian of the Orb of L'Kbreth, who explains to them that they must free the Gatekeeper and ultimately defeat the evil that causes it.
