Synopsis
For the third consecutive World Cup, US Gold had the license to produce the official game. They entrusted this task to Tiertex, who produced a top-down game recreating the entire tournament. In addition to the 24 teams qualified for the tournament, other important football nations, such as England, France and Denmark, could be recruited. The menu layout is largely icon-based, with the official mascot featured prominently. Tackling is difficult and passing is easy, resulting in a fluid style of play from start to finish.
