Synopsis

This version of WWF War Zone differs from its console counterpart. Due to hardware limitations, the game features 2D graphics, as opposed to the 3D of the console versions. Game modes include singles, tag team, cage matches and WWF Challenge (tournament mode). Unlike the console version, there is no wrestler creation mode.

Game mechanics have been simplified in this version, as all wrestlers share the same moves except for their finishing moves. Wrestlers Bret Hart, The Headbangers and all the secret characters are also missing from this version.
