Synopsis

Xanagams is a single-player educational word game that's like a cross between crosswords and Scrabble.

The game consists of a series of words linked together in a crossword style grid. The player is given all the letters that make up these words and the goal of the game is to correctly place the letters on the playing area to complete the words. Points are awarded for correct placement of a letter and are lost for incorrect placement of a letter or for having the game reveal the correct letter in a given location.

There are three difficulty levels that are meant to be for “junior students,” “high school students,” and “brighter adults and children,” and a game can be 1 to 5 words long.
