Synopsis

In this game, the player plays a space pilot named Darrian. One day, he receives a report from a space station located in a nebula, which informs him that nearby human colonies have been attacked by mysterious aliens called the Xenites. Darrian does not hesitate for a second and goes to the rescue of humans to put an end to the actions of the aliens.

Xenon is a top-down shooter in which the player controls a vehicle capable of transforming into a tank or a plane. The transformation can usually be performed by the player at any time to combat particular enemies; however, during certain sequences the player is forced to use a specific type of vehicle. During tank gameplay, the player controls the movement of the playing field (up or down) by simply moving the tank in the direction of their choice.
