Synopsis

In Zalaga, you pilot your spaceship across the bottom of the screen and battle hordes of aliens attacking you in formation. They shoot at you or try to ram your ship. Once all enemies are eliminated, you move on to the next level. Bonus levels appear regularly to earn you extra points. Some alien ships use tractor beams to capture your ship; if you take them down you can collect it and fight with doubled firepower. The game offers single-player and two-player modes, as well as options to adjust settings like auto-fire and reload speed.
