Synopsis
Zero Wing is a side-scrolling shoot 'em up developed by Toaplan released on arcade machines in 1989 and adapted for Mega Drive and PC Engine in 1991 and 1992.
The game has 8 levels, each lasting a few minutes, with a different style and enemies, and increasing difficulty: Natols, Legrous, Pleades, Aquese, Submarine Tunnel, Barricade Zone, Bellon, Gerbarra.
The game is the origin of the Internet meme All your base are belong to us, due to numerous errors in the English translation in the European version of the Mega Drive port.
