Synopsis

This game is a vertical scrolling shoot'em up where the player controls a character who must climb a tree and shoot insect-like enemies. The story is this: the princess has been kidnapped by the villains of the insect world, and Zippy Bug must save her. After shooting enemies, they drop fruit which the player can pick up for extra points, as well as skulls which are deadly if hit. The player can fly for a short time, and each time they do so, one of the letters from "I Love You" at the bottom of the screen is used. The letters regenerate over a small period of time. There are also other items, such as the key, which surrounds the player with a bubble and makes them invulnerable to one hit. Another item is a ring that seems to instantly recreate all the "I Love You" letters used.
