Synopsis

Zoid is a shooter where you pilot a pick-shaped spaceship to fight enemy Zoids. Each level takes place on a single screen; Zoids first appear as dots before transforming. The longer they stay on screen, the more shots it takes to destroy them. Your ship can move in multiple directions, but its laser only fires to the right. Shooting consumes energy, which you can recharge by picking up astronaut-shaped energy packets. Touching a Zoid is fatal and costs you one of your three lives. The objective is to complete each level by destroying all enemies.
