NES/Famicom emulator (mature). It covers the machine: Nintendo Family Computer Disk System.
1. Installation
- Download the latest version from the project's official website.
- Extract the archive into a dedicated folder.
- Launch it once: it will create its configuration and subfolders.
2. Supported formats
.nes .fds .zip
ZIP archives load directly, without prior extraction.
3. Good to know
- Set up your controller on first launch: it's the step that saves the most time.
- Save states let you resume exactly where you left off, in addition to the game's own saves.
4. Not working?
- Game doesn't appear → check that its extension is among the formats listed above.
- Crashes on launch → relaunch from a folder where the emulator has write permission.
