Synopsis

007: The World Is Not Enough is based on the 1999 James Bond film of the same name. In this film, Pierce Brosnan's Bond must investigate the murder of a British oil tycoon and attacks on his new pipeline, leading to a more sinister plot that requires gunfire and frequent flyer miles to defuse.

This version of the game has some notable differences from its Nintendo 64 counterpart: it runs on a version of the Medal of Honor engine and has 11 missions, compared to 14 for the N64, some of which are not shared between the two. Missions that look similar (usually those from the movie) tend to play out differently and use completely different gadgets and weapons.

This version does not offer additional objectives in higher difficulty modes, and only cheats are unlocked by completing specific missions on a specific difficulty. However, it offers CD quality music and voice acting, as well as video clips from the film for cutting scenes. This is a single-player game, which does not have a multiplayer component.
