Synopsis

Alive is an action-adventure FMV game developed and published by General Entertainment in 1998, only for Japan. Alive takes place in a speculative fiction year 2020. The protagonist is a 20-year-old woman named Atsuko Kawada. One evening, Atsuko is accidentally framed for murder and terrorism charges. This is partly because her boyfriend Akiro is involved in an underground resistance network, which Atsuko was unaware of. Now, secret government agents, the police, and even a mad scientist are searching for Atsuko. She must do everything she can to avoid being captured or killed, all while trying to understand why she was framed, and what the real purpose is of a very special pair of earrings she has come into possession of.
