Synopsis

As a new employee at Nook Real Estate, a real estate agency run by the indescribable Tom Nook himself, you must design stunning homes for each pet. Talk to potential clients to find out their tastes, then put your decorating skills to work to design the exteriors and interiors of their homes. And create a cozy little nest for each of your animal friends!

Choose a plot of land, personalize the facade of the building and arrange the garden, then move on to the interior decoration. Use the touchscreen controls to position and move furniture as you wish, and customize rooms from floor to ceiling. Let your imagination run wild and interpret each animal's request in your own way, while making sure to use the furniture they already have!
