Synopsis

The story takes place in the near future, in a corrupt city called Moebius, where the gap between rich and poor is growing ever wider.

The heroine is a "Hunter", someone who has chosen to oppose criminals who have soiled their hands with illegal acts and made money in the process. The Hunters work for "Bountia", an organization that takes missions to catch criminals in the city for rewards. Armen Noir is the code name of the heroine in Bountia, and her real name is Naska. The thing is, even though she's a Class A hunter, she can't kill anyone. She reached Rank A because she was able to successfully defeat her enemies without having to kill them.
