Synopsis

Cabal is a conversion of Capcom's arcade game. The hero (there is a two-player mode) runs back and forth along the bottom of the screen, dodging enemy bullets and grenades. The arcade roll maneuver was not implemented in the PC version. You fight back by moving a target across the screen, which also moves your character, so be careful not to run into a bullet. Enemies in all 5 levels are numerous and fast-moving, from normal infantrymen, tanks, helicopters, and end-of-level bosses like submarines and war machines. Almost anything on the screen can be blown up or shot down. There are bonus points to be earned from destroying buildings and weapons to pick up from the enemy, like machine guns and shotguns.
