Synopsis

Cat the Ripper 13 Ninme No Tanteishi is a first-person perspective adventure game based on a novel by "Masaya Yamaguchi", the game begins when the player character wakes up dazed and confused in the office of "Christopher Browning" (a private detective) until he discovers that next to him is the corpse of the detective who was killed by the mysterious murderer called Cat the Ripper.
He will first try to search the office for possible clues, but when he starts to find something, a couple of police officers (the man is Kid and the woman is Pink) will appear and he will have to escape from them and try to avoid being caught. . Now it's up to the player to escape the police, find out the truth and try to catch this killer.
The gameplay is usual in first-person adventures. Meet characters, talk to them, use items to advance in the game, etc.
