Synopsis

You are a Choro-Q who won the recent World Grand Prix. But one day you drove around town and backed into your garage. Since you didn't know that the World Grand Prix Cup was behind you, you accidentally broke it. Soon, your best friend, Rival, walks in and says, "Hey! What's the matter? Oh, you don't look good. The World Grand Prix is coming up soon. But, I won't let you win this year. Your vaunted Cup will be mine... Oh? Where's your Cup? But it's okay. You can't look at your Cup for that long. By the way, you're installing mediocre parts. If you sign up for a race with They, you will fail at the rounds around the cities. Oops, your tank is just empty. You better go to the Q factory to refuel. See you later.

And, in keeping with World Grand Prix tradition, the winner must hand over the previous WGP trophy to the Mayor of Black City, and so you must travel back in time to collect the trophy to avoid breaking it, and then beat your rival at this year's World Grand Prix!
