Synopsis

Cho Hatsumei Boy Kanipan is the continuation of the story of Hatsumei Boy Kanipan. Kanipan is now a teenager, and still a famous inventor. But one day, a mysterious ship falls from the sky and crashes on a beach. Inside was a humanoid woman who forgot everything about herself. It's up to Kanipan to revive the humanoid's memory, and he accidentally discovers that his planet is in great danger while he was trying...
Based on the anime Chou Hatsumei Boy Kanipan Hirameki Wonderland (which was also released on the Sega Dreamcast), the Playstation game involves moving to different locations and collecting items to make new ones, then building different robots with these items and finally starting a journey using your robots for the fighting parts. The game is really difficult to play if the player does not understand Japanese, because to advance in the game the player has to combine different items to create new ones.
