Synopsis

Cool Spot is a platform and shooter game to a lesser extent. There are many enemies but the player has an unlimited number of ammunition. The goal is to find the different cages within the level which contain trapped pellets. Without being completely non-linear, the game often offers exploration of the level on several levels. Cool Spot is in fact a game that takes place mainly vertically, with the levels going from top to bottom or vice versa, whether by hanging on to ends of ropes or wires of all kinds. This original mechanic, however, poses a problem from a gameplay point of view, in that very often it is only possible to see what is happening above or below at the last moment.
