Dancing Stage Fever is a home video game in the Dancing Stage series, the European counterpart to Dance Dance Revolution. It was released in Europe and part of Asia in October 2003 by Konami, as part of its "Bemani" family series. It was released at the same time for PlayStation 2 and PlayStation.
The latest addition to the popular dance game series, Dancing Stage Fever not only offers another welcome opportunity to connect your dance mat to your PlayStation, but also features new gadgets to keep your feet moving a little longer.
The core of the game is the same as usual. By following the on-screen instructions, you must ensure that your foot touches the appropriate symbol at the right time. The more specific you are, the better off you will be. You can still play the game with a standard control pad, by the way, but it's a pointless exercise, especially considering how inexpensive a dance pad is.
