Synopsis

Dark Legions is a turn-based strategy and action video game developed by Silicon Knights and published by Strategic Simulations in 1994. The game takes place on a game board on which the player can face the game's artificial intelligence or another player. At the start of a game, players purchase troops using a predefined number of credits, each of whom can choose from sixteen different characters. One of them is then designated as the Guardian of the Orb, with the objective of a game being to kill the opponent's Guardian. Players can then place their characters on the game board and then move them each in turn. When a player moves a character to a square already occupied by the opponent, the action is transferred to another field where the two characters face each other in real time.
