Synopsis

The story takes place one year after the events that occurred in the first opus. Mike Dawson, traumatized by his experience in Woodland Hills, left California to settle in the Texas town of his childhood, Crowley. Prostrate in the painful memories caused by his encounter with the Dark World, Mike is lacking inspiration, has lost his grip on social life and struggles with a depression that no one understands. Living with his mother, who criticizes him for his inactivity all day long, Mike Dawson almost regained some energy by getting closer to Rita, a childhood friend with whom he is secretly in love. But Rita was murdered and her body suffered terrible abuse. The murder took place on the night of the school's Alumni Ball, and Mike was the last person seen with Rita. Suspected of murder, Mike has difficulty presenting an alibi to defend himself, because he no longer remembers anything. A black screen erased his memories. Are the Ancients, these creatures stationed in the Dark World which adjoins ours, the Ordinary World, returning? The nightmares return, the migraines hammer Mike's skull, who appears to be the ideal culprit in the eyes of the Crowley community. You, who play Mike Dawson, have only your intuition, and the occasional help of a mysterious ally, Jack, to exonerate yourself and carry out an investigation in search of clues. What if Rita's killer was an envoy from the Dark World? What if it was a conspiracy? How to recover your memories of that terrible night when Rita was murdered? Up to you!
