Synopsis

The Fire Pro series offers wrestling sports simulation games. This episode is a 2D game, the first in the series to be released on the Sony Playstation in 1999.
In Fire Pro Wrestling G, the game modes present are tournaments, championships, matches in an electrified cage or in an octagonal ring. There are of course traditional or team matches. The EDIT mode, well known from the series, is present and allows you to create a wrestler from A to Z using the character editor...
New mode for this episode of Fire Pro is the "story mode" (Fighting Road) which takes place in a succession of matches and narrative phases with dialogues and interactive choices in. The goal is to take charge of a young wrestler, Yuji Yamashita, and train him to become a pro with an alternation of matches and choices to make during the dialogues.
With 193 playable characters, and a hundred more that you can create, the Human team brings their "wrestling games" to the Playstation three years after the one on Saturn.
Also note the presence of a small LCD game to download in the Pocket Station.
