Synopsis

Goemon - Shin Sedai Shuumei! is the fourth and final game in the Goemon series for the Playstation One console after Oedo Daikaiten, it is a total change of style in the series, since this time the game takes place in the future and the main characters had also changed.

The four main characters in the game are: Goemon, Ebisu, Sasuke, and Yui.

The game takes place in the future and Goemon and his friends are bounty hunters who have to travel to several cities where they will receive the jobs they are looking for. The places are mountains, cities, forests, mines, ice places, etc. At the beginning of the game, in the first intro, they receive orders from a man in the shadows who seems similar to Konami's classic character, Goemon.
