Synopsis
In the 22nd century, scientists found a way to create artificial beings that they called "gears." These gears were very powerful, but had no will of their own and were completely obedient to humans. However, a Cog named Justice managed to break free from this control and led a rebellion against the humans. Since then, humanity has lived in fear that the Gears will one day take over the Earth. To this end, the Holy Order of Holy Knights has held fighting tournaments to see who is strong enough to take on the renegade gears.
