Synopsis

Hoshi no Mahoroba is an adventure game, kind a psychic adventure by publisher Jorudan, that tells the tale of a group of boys with the ability to speak to spirits and harness their powers.
At the beginning of the game the player can choose with which one of the 5 characters he wants to play, the game will begin in a high school when the player's character is talking to some of his friends about that a girl was attacked by sort of a demon last day, he lately will discover that he too got mysterious powers that allows him to talk to the spirits and fight the demons.
The gameplay is about walking around the town and talk to different people and sometimes the player will encounter some battles that at least seems to be really hard to do without understanding Japanese since the attacks are done selecting some simbols that makes words and after that pressing the start button to attack, that's what makes the game special and harder for non Japanese players.
The game features Japanese voice acting for the characters.
