Synopsis

Resolution 101 is set in 2050 where enemies known as "alterants" have taken over the city by distributing mind-controlling drugs. You play with a 3D view from a hovercraft to try to destroy all the alterants and stop the drug deals they are carrying out. The story is slightly different in Resolution 101. The game takes place in the United States, in the town of Las Envegas. In 2038, a new law, Resolution 101, was passed. It allows convicted criminals to be released from prison in exchange for tracking down and eliminating gang leaders. The player takes the role of one of these “Search and Destroy” criminals. The player takes on the role of one of these “Search and Destroy” criminals. He is given a Theta 4000 land skimmer armed with a light machine gun and must fight his way through a series of increasingly difficult levels. Each level begins with a meeting with the sheriff who designates the new target. Then the player is in their skimmer and patrolling the streets shooting things, not mind-controlled alterants, but the drug dealer's henchmen and gang minions.
