Synopsis

In The Groove is a dance game similar to the Dance Dance Revolution series games. Gameplay involves watching arrows scroll across the top of a music video and the player must step on the corresponding arrows on the dance mat in due time. The unique aspect of the game is the modification of the arrows. Arrows can be modified, which can alter the difficulty, for example by preventing jumps, rotating the arrows, or increasing their speed, making things easier or more difficult for the player.
