Synopsis

Kaeru no Ehon (Adventure for the Lost Memories) is a classic 2d rpg game with cartoon graphics in which the player can choose between a male or a female main character. First the player got to train his character choosing different kind of jobs (sword master, buffon, music player, blacksmith, knife thrower, etc) or study different subjects, and after that explore the world and fight against different kind of monsters.
The first time that the player goes to the battle part he first got to pass the training level in which the player will have to use different options in the menu that appears pressing the triangle button. Inthat first training level the player will face a demon that will defeat him or her and when he (or she) is going to die their friends appears to rescue him (or her) and take him (or her) to the town hospital.
After that the player will have to train again and do different jobs during each week to earn more money to buy items and weapons for the characters, now jobs will appear like guarding the prison, clean the bar, blacksmith, etc. Also new characters and quests will appear if the player go to the proper town places.
The game also features a library that the player can unlock with his memory card saves when he advances through the game.
