Synopsis

London Serie Tantei-Dan is played through the eyes of a mischievous orphan. In the game, the player relives his childhood with his friend in a Victorian-era London that Miyazaki would be proud of. Less known than some of its rivals in the genre, it nevertheless deserves much more attention.

In the 19th century, the city of London begins the age of steam, the main character (a young boy) starts the game as a homeless boy who is on the streets of London and he goes to an underground sewer and with the help of another little boy, they defeat an enemy, after which Everett, a famous detective from London took them into his home as apprentices.

As Everett's apprentice, the player will have different detective cases around town to solve every day (there are 19 main chapters in the game with sub-cases in each chapter). The spirit world is about to enter the human world. Can he save the world using the power of spirits?

The game's designs are by Yasushi Nirasawa, famous for Vampire Hunter D, and the character designs for the Kamen Rider and Final Fantasy games.

The gameplay consists of walking around London and talking to the characters to advance in each case, and there are also parts where the player must face enemies and in these parts there are different types of attacks to use against them.
