Magical Medical is an action rpg game that takes place in a near future in which one day at the elementary school one of the students Matsudo Ayumi, suddenly suffers a collapse in the classroom. She was infected by the "Mysterious pathogen X". The player controls Paya N, an antivirus that introduces itself into the body to destroy the virus.
The gameplay is to destroy the virus inside each patient body, Each body is watched in an isometric view in which the player will have to defeat the different enemies of each stage to advance through it. During the game the player will have you cure 6 different patients.
