Synopsis

In Puzzle & Dragons Z, the story takes place in Zed City, on the continent Drcomacia where the player plays a young dragon tamer in the making. The game begins with a test that the player must pass to become a dragon tamer. The player accompanies two of his friends, Nick, another aspiring dragon tamer, and Sara, an experienced dragon tamer, to the Zed City Rangers HQ. It is there that dragon tamers receive orders, study monsters and will have to pass the dragon tamer test. The player, alongside Nick, receives a "D-Gear", a device allowing them to store monsters in digital form. Afterwards, he will be allowed to hatch eggs containing his first three monsters.
