Synopsis
Your mission is to find the shortest and most economical way to connect the neighborhood to the water supply system. Decide what type of pipe to purchase and where to place it. Remember that your budget is limited so you don't have much room for error.
You can choose the number of houses you are trying to connect to the network, from 1 (easiest) to 5 (hardest).
