Synopsis

Rig Racer 2 is an arcade-style truck racing game in which the player has a choice of eight trucks to race around four conventional race track circuits. The game features three difficulty settings for single race, time trial, and challenge modes, as well as a two-player split-screen race mode. The player initially has access to four platforms in the PC and PlayStation 2 versions of the game, with the Wii version only allowing access to two of the eight platforms. Additional platforms and tracks are unlockable via in-game currency which is earned by completing races. Additional race settings include time of day options, mirror mode, and the choice of 3, 5, or 10 laps to complete the course. Despite its name, Rig Racer 2 is not a sequel to an existing game.
