Synopsis

Dr. Egg man discovered the supercharged element ragnium on the mythical island of Ragna Rock. He exploits it as a fuel source, funneling the messy byproducts of the operation to adjacent islands, creating a game of fire and ice. Using this fuel to power his lightning-fast racing robots is his latest plan to discredit his eternal rival Sonic, but backed by ragnium, fire and ice, an army of robots and D-Fekt, an unyieldingly powerful henchman, this time Dr. Egg. man can succeed. Sonic and his friends must claim each island by destroying enemies, defeating the Island Defender, defeating rival races, and reversing the flow of the elemental tubes. It all culminates in an epic battle on the island of Ragna Rock where Sonic may have to save Dr. Egg's man of his own creation.
