Synopsis
A secret organization called Fata Morgana is developing a weapon capable of killing or injuring two-thirds of the world's population. A supranational group of combat experts from around the world called Project Blue was created to thwart Fata Morgana's actions.
Sonic Wings Special is an enhanced and expanded port of Aero Fighters Special (Sonic Wings Limited in Japan), a coin-operated, vertical-scrolling shoot-'em-up. The original coin-operated game uses modified levels, graphics and many features from Aero Fighters, Aero Fighters 2 and Aero Fighters 3.
